A measured approach to wealth and property decisions

In certain cases, it is not merely about selling, nor even about transferring assets. It is about preserving a degree of freedom, a living environment, family balance, and sometimes a sense of continuity. This is the space in which I work.

For nearly fifteen years, I have been advising on wealth and property transactions involving the viager and various forms of split ownership structure.

Trained at business school, holding a Master’s degree in property and planning law, and introduced to judicial expertise as well as wealth management for seniors at AUREP, I primarily work on high-value property projects, sensitive strategic decisions, and situations requiring a particularly precise and discreet approach.

My career actually began in a different field: fashion. Graduating from the Institut Français de la Mode, I developed an early appreciation for balance, detail, and how each decision shapes a broader whole. This standard continues to inform my approach to complex situations today.

When I moved into property after leaving Paris for the French Riviera, I quickly learned its conventions. I then chose to specialise in wealth and property transactions where the stakes extend far beyond a simple sale.

I subsequently took charge of viager development within an established firm, at a time when these mechanisms were still rarely used, particularly for prestige properties.

Over the years, I have built a trusted network of partners: notaries, lawyers, bankers, judicial experts, and wealth management professionals.

In 2024, I founded La Voix du Viager.

The firm advises private clients and property professionals with an approach grounded in discretion and the time required for significant decisions.

Each case is handled with the aim of crafting solutions tailored to a family history, a living environment, or a wealth transfer. To listen, to understand, and to avoid applying a single solution to lives that are fundamentally different.
